
DVB Receiver Registration Guide to CSS
Note:
- Each individual DVB Receiver (PC card, LAN Box or USB Box must be registered on our CSS (Customer Support Services) web site.
- Make sure the DVB receiver is a certified DVB receiver. of PhoenixNet.
- Go to CSS website of PhoenixNet (css.speedcast.com).
- To register your DVB card, click the "register a DVB card" link ( http://css.speedcast.com/css/cardregEC.nsf/ECReg ).
- Fill out the entire tab with complete details (we recommend you fill out all the information as accurate as possible), specially put the right e-mail address. This is where the username and password for the HSI service will be sent.

- You must attach the "public.puk. then click "Next" to fill-up the form for billing and click "Submit".
- Your Registration Code will come from your provider.
- You need to wait for a few minutes until you received an e-mail coming from the PhoenixNet Administrator (administrator@speedcast.com) for the approval of your DVB card and HSI account.
- The e-mail address you indicated on this registration is the one that will received the IP Address, Username, and Password for PPTP and a unique ID that needs to be written on the registry file (i.e., 123_key.reg). Print a copy of the email notification as this contains your access to the PhoenixNet HSI service. Do not give this account to anybody but yourself. This account will not work with other DVB card and is unique only to the specific PC and DVB card. Please be guided accordingly.
- Double click the registry file (i.e., 123.reg) to write the unique ID on the registry for Speedcast applications.
Note: If ever you encountered an error "Public Key has already been used¡K" when you submit your registration, Follow these steps:
- Copy the "Keygen.exe " from the C:\Program Files\SPEEDCAST\SPEEDCAST Client and put it C:\astanet.
- Go to the DOS prompt and type this cd\ then enter.
- Then type this cd\astranet\ then enter.
- Then type keygen -F (Make sure the F is capital)
- Then you can have a complete set-up for Speedcast services which includes High Speed Internet, MFTS (Package Delivery) and Multimedia Streaming services on the web.
