John Flynn

John Flynn serves as Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations, leading the global teams that design, deliver, and support Speedcast’s services across the full customer lifecycle. His organization partners with sales to engineer customer solutions, then carries them through project implementation and service activation for round-the-clock support from Speedcast’s 24×7 Network Operations Center and field service teams worldwide. John also oversees the core infrastructure, capacity, and supply chain teams that power Speedcast’s global network, along with the company’s quality and safety programs.

With more than 20 years in satellite communications, John has held operations and technical leadership roles in global operations, operational excellence, network operations, and teleport management at Speedcast, Globecomm, and in the U.S. Navy.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from City University of New York and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Joseph’s University New York.
