Terms and Conditions of Supply to Speedcast

The terms and conditions that apply to purchase orders for products or services supplied to Speedcast:

By completing Speedcast’s supplier onboarding process, providing products or services to Speedcast under a purchase order and/or submitting an invoice for payment, Supplier acknowledges that it has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Supplier Code of Conduct

The Supplier code of conduct sets out the principles that Speedcast seeks to promote in its own business dealings and expects its Suppliers to comply with in order to provide products or services to Speedcast, including ensuring it is followed not only by Supplier but by its own related parties and subcontractors.

Additional Policies that apply to Suppliers

Anti-Slavery Policy

Speedcast affirms its commitment to fair working practices and to reducing the risk of modern slavery practices in its supply chain with reference to its Global Anti Slavery Policy.  This policy extends to Speedcast suppliers, partners and subcontractors.

Norwegian Transparency Act

Speedcast operates its business in accordance with the laws where it operates and as a global business. With operations in Norway Speedcast complies with the requirements set out in the Norway Transparency Act, which promotes fundamental human rights and the provision of decent working conditions and commits to the reporting requirements set out in the Act.
