Fiber‑Like Connectivity with Dedicated Starlink Resources

Starlink Dedicated Resources

Starlink Dedicated Service (Bonded Gateway) uses dedicated Ka‑band satellite spectrum exclusively allocated to the gateway deployment. This minimizes congestion from other network users and delivers consistent, high‑performance connectivity tailored to your site’s demands.

Starlink Global Services

Dedicated Service can be deployed anywhere Starlink is licensed, enabling organizations to deliver high‑speed internet access globally—supporting remote communities, regional hubs, industrial zones, and government facilities.

Starlink has unmatched bandwidth

Each bonded gateway deployment delivers symmetrical throughput of up to 20 Gbps per gateway, supporting large user populations, cloud workloads, voice, video, and backhaul use cases without compromise.

Starlink fully managed service

Speedcast provides end‑to‑end delivery, including solution design, regulatory and licensing support, professional installation, commissioning, monitoring, billing, and 24/7 operational support—so customers can focus on outcomes, not infrastructure.

What Is Starlink Dedicated Service (Bonded Gateway)?

Starlink Dedicated Service (Bonded Gateway) delivers exclusive satellite resources to a fixed customer location, replacing earlier offerings branded as Starlink Community Gateway Service.

Compared to standard and priority Starlink plans, Dedicated Service (Bonded Gateway) provides:

  • The highest traffic prioritization available on the Starlink network
  • Dedicated Ka‑band beam allocation, minimizing congestion from other users
  • Consistently lower packet loss, latency variability, and jitter
  • Multi‑gigabit scalability through bonded gateway antenna configurations

This makes Starlink Dedicated Service (Bonded Gateway) ideally suited for carrier‑grade backhaul, high‑density enterprise connectivity, and mission‑critical cloud and infrastructure deployments.

Delivered as a fully managed solution by Speedcast, Starlink Dedicated Service enables organizations to deploy scalable, future‑ready connectivity where terrestrial infrastructure is unavailable or impractical.

Solution Specifics

  • 4 Ka-band Antennas deployed in square configuration (quantity and layout configuration may vary)
  • Includes UPS and all necessary networking equipment

Antenna Specifications

Antenna Specifications

  • Parabolic antenna with spherical radome: 2.1m diameter and 250kg
  • Optional concrete base for ground install: 1.85m x 1.85m with hooks for lifting and 1300 kg
  • Average power of 1kw per antenna at 200-240 VAC: 4kw per antenna required in snow conditions

Site Requirements

Site Requirements

  • Minimum 25 degree above horizon line of sight required (Specific requirements will vary by location)
  • 12-meter x 12-meter space
  • ~7kw total power available, 19kw for cold weather locations
  • Recommended install on ground, but rooftop install possible
  • Modular (container) option may be available in future

Network Connectivity

Network Connectivity

  • IPv4 Addressing – Up to /24 public address allocation.
  • IPv6 Addressing – Up to /56 prefix delegation.
  • To improve availability and performance, Starlink traffic will take multiple satellite and terrestrial paths. As a result, Starlink must be able to hash customer traffic (i.e. a single 10 gbps VPN tunnel is not supported).
  • Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) enables peering, making the network run more efficiently.
