We’re excited to announce that customers with Starlink Internet service delivered by Speedcast can now view their Starlink statistics within the Speedcast Compass Customer Portal! When it comes to helping customers get the most from Starlink, Speedcast takes a managed service approach to keeping your operations fully connected and supported. That includes support from Speedcast’s Starlink Customer Service team as part of any Starlink purchase. Now, in addition to CSC services, customers can access and view Starlink statistics directly in the Compass Portal. Current customers can view Starlink system performance details by signing into the Compass Portal or contacting their account manager.
Current available statistics include Bandwidth Usage, Signal Quality, Throughput, Latency/Ping Drop Rate, Obstruction and Modem Uptime. Our Portal team will continue to expand the level of visibility we provide to customers as Starlink makes added feature sets available.
